Comfortable base for exploring Cowes. Fairly clean place, good service, efficient staff. Amazing central location, just next door to many restaurants and supermarkets, all shops & restaurants, and Cowes beach and cafe strip.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were professional, location was best possible close to market. The king studio was brand-new and fully-equipped, with coffee facilities, a kettle and a carpet. The bed was comfortable and we received excellent service. Location: the property was just off sea and town centre, the beach and the shops and all shops & restaurants;))

This motel is just perfect, even better than the four star hotel I've ever stayed in before. I think they may have renovated the room, because the room is actually different from the picture on their motel website.The room is more like a hotel room, rather than a cottage-like. It's very clean and cosy. The kitchen has everything I need to cook a meal. They've got electric blanket on each bed and extra quilt in the closet. Everything in the unit is in a very good quality, not like those in other motels which looks cheap and dirty . Owner is an old couple and they are very friendly and kind.

it was in a lovely location close to beach bars and shops
it could of being a bit more up to date as in new sofa, tv bathroom and stuff. spending less than a grand could make the room so nice but at the moment it looks like your going back in time to the 80
